About this role

About the Role

As an ABM Specialist, you'll execute AI-driven account-based marketing programs that drive pipeline within Scribe's most important enterprise accounts. This high-impact role leverages AI insights, automation, and personalization to deepen engagement, partner closely with Sales, and accelerate enterprise deal cycles.

You'll work alongside Sales, RevOps, and the broader marketing team to run personalized 1:1 and 1:few plays, support field events and executive experiences, and track what's working. You'll report to the Senior Director, Demand Generation. This role is fully remote (U.S. only).

What you'll do

- Execute ABM campaigns: Run 1:1 and 1:few campaigns for Scribe's target strategic accounts across channels like direct mail, content hubs, in-app/product signals, and events. For paid digital campaigns, you'll brief and collaborate with the acquisition team rather than own execution directly.

- Focus on AI in ABM: Experiment with emerging AI and automation capabilities across ABM, measurement, and orchestration to improve efficiency and pipeline impact.

- Build tailored experiences: Develop personalized content, messaging, microsites, and event activations that resonate with executive buyers and buying groups.

- Support ABM events: Help plan and execute field events, VIP dinners, and executive roundtables that drive engagement within target accounts. Own pre- and post-event campaign follow-through.

- Partner with Sales: Work hand-in-hand with AEs to execute account plans, deliver personalized plays, and help open doors and accelerate deals.

- Measure what matters: Track account engagement, coverage, event ROI, and pipeline impact. Bring insights back to Sales and Marketing to inform what we do next.

- Bring creativity to enterprise marketing: Pilot new ideas, test emerging ABM and event formats, and share learnings that raise the bar for how we engage top accounts.

You could be a great fit if

- You have an AI-first mentality and leverage AI to identify high-intent accounts, personalize outreach at scale, and optimize campaigns in real time.

- You're a natural collaborator who thrives connecting marketing with sales, and you've contributed to campaigns that moved pipeline or accelerated deals.

- You're creative and data-driven: equally comfortable developing personalized account plays and content as you are digging into event and account engagement reports.

- You get energy from building tailored experiences, either digital or in-person, and care about the details that make enterprise buyers feel seen.

- You're proactive, organized, and thrive in fast-paced environments where you're expected to figure things out.

Qualifications

- 1-2 years in B2B SaaS or PLG company with at least 1 year in ABM, demand generation, business development or a closely related role.

- Exposure to AI and automation in marketing contexts: intent signals, predictive tools, or campaign personalization at scale.

- Hands-on experience running multi-channel campaigns, including at least a few of: direct mail, field events, executive programs, or content-driven plays.

- Comfortable collaborating with sales teams and comfortable in Salesforce, Clay, or similar ABM/intent platforms.

- Clear communicator, both written and verbal, who can simplify complex ideas for both internal stakeholders and external buyers.

- Willingness to travel up to 5% for ABM events and account programs.
