AI Agents GTM Specialist
About this role
Accountabilities:
You will be responsible for driving the successful deployment, adoption, and expansion of AI agent solutions across a portfolio of ecommerce clients, ensuring measurable business impact and revenue growth.
• Lead onboarding and activation of AI agent customers, ensuring smooth implementation and early success in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Own revenue outcomes for assigned accounts, including expansion, upsell opportunities, and long-term account growth.
• Act as the strategic advisor for clients, guiding them on AI agent adoption, optimization, and business integration.
• Translate performance data into actionable insights, linking AI agent outcomes to KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, LTV, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships teams to support new customer acquisition and strategic growth opportunities.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap and product improvements.
• Develop and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations.
Requirements:
This role requires a blend of AI product expertise, customer-facing experience, and strong commercial acumen, with the ability to operate in a high-growth, evolving environment.
• 1 to 3 years of experience working with AI agents or AI-powered products in a client-facing role.
• 3 to 5 plus years of experience in account management, customer success, solutions consulting, or account strategy within SaaS, AI, or data-driven environments.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth within existing customer portfolios.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort engaging both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Consultative and proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, build-and-scale environment.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce, digital experience platforms, or AI-driven personalization is highly desirable.
