Job Description

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or Ph.D in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Experience: Proven experience designing and implementing scalable AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Be hands-on in architecting, coding, prototyping, and testing solutions, and willingness and the ability to roll-up the sleeve to get things over the line.
• Accelerate new customer opportunities and projects from Proof of Concept (PoC) to Production.
• Provide customers with expertise and through architecture designs, proof of concepts, hands-on implementation, and value-realization.
• Lead and provide guidance to project teams including handholding, establishing best practices to be adopted in projects.
• Provide perspective to key stakeholders to increase adoption through technical thought leadership, insights & feedback on a regular basis.
• Curiosity to be up to date with the emerging trends in the AI space and emerge as a go-to-person.
• Develop versatile AI models that can be adapted for multiple use cases.

Technical Skills:

• Demonstrated expertise in Azure AI stack.
• Proficiency in Python, Django, SQL, Vector Databases, Python AI libraries and AIOps.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Document technical designs and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Azure certifications such as Azure Data Scientist Associate, Azure AI Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Data Engineer Associate.
• Experience with AI frameworks.
• Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) is a plus.

• Self-motivated, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment and appreciate the ambiguity of complex software systems.

• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on technical execution.
• Excellent networking and collaboration abilities, with the confidence to engage clients/partners/regions.
• Ability to influence and persuade, build consensus, drive and energise teams
