AI Automation Engineer

We’re looking for a hands-on AI Automation & Solutions Engineer who can turn messy business processes into working AI-powered solutions.

This role is about building, not just talking about AI. You’ll work closely with business and tech teams to design and deliver practical solutions that improve workflows, efficiency, and productivity across the company.

You’ll find us in our Prague office where we like to see each other 3 days a week (yes, coffee tastes better together ). We work in a hybrid setup with no core working hours — early bird or night owl, it’s up to you.

🚀 What you’ll do

• Identify opportunities to automate and improve business processes using AI
• Design and build AI-powered workflows and applications (LLMs, automation, integrations)
• Connect AI solutions to existing tools and systems using APIs and cloud services
• Develop and maintain prompt libraries, workflows, and reusable components
• Run prototypes and pilots, iterate based on real usage
• Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient
• Work closely with stakeholders to turn real problems into working solutions

🧠 What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, automation, data engineering, or AI/ML solution development within an enterprise environment.
• Experience building real AI solutions (LLMs, automation, integrations)
• Hands-on skills in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with APIs, workflows, and system integrations
• Understanding of LLM patterns (prompting, RAG, agents)
• Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions
• Comfortable working across teams and explaining solutions clearly

• Have worked with RPA, automation tools, or low-code platforms and moved into AI
• Enjoy building things end-to-end and seeing them used in practice
• Prefer solving real problems over working on theoretical models
