Key Responsibilities:
• Meet with clients to understand their challenges and how AI can help
• Run discovery workshops and product demos with potential partners
• Design solution proposals and scope documents for client engagements
• Build business cases: how much time, cost, and effort does this save?
• Translate client feedback into product improvement requests
• Track market trends and what competitors are offering

Products:
• AI document & translation tools for enterprise back-office
• Workflow automation agents for operations teams
• Computer vision and data pipeline products
• AI chatbot / assistant solutions for staff and customers

Knowledge and Attributes:
• Can explain complex technology to non-technical audiences clearly
• Are comfortable presenting to executives and senior directors
• Enjoy working across sales, product, and engineering teams
• Are genuinely curious about AI and follow the space actively
• Can manage multiple client relationships simultaneously

Required experience:

• 3+ years in consulting AI Domain & Services
• Experience in enterprise tech, SaaS, or digital transformation
• Familiarity with AI tools: chatbots, document processing, automation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Background in Banking, Insurance, or Retail is a plus
• English or Japanese communication ability preferred
