AI Developer

Accountabilities

• Design and develop Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations that connect AI systems with enterprise platforms including ERP, CRM, and data warehouse ecosystems.

• Build scalable AI agents and services capable of processing structured and unstructured enterprise data.

• Develop context-aware AI workflows that support automation, decision-making, and operational optimization.

• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications using APIs, microservices, middleware, and event-driven architectures.

• Design secure and reliable data pipelines between AI models and business systems while ensuring performance and governance standards.

• Implement and optimize LLM-based solutions, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent frameworks.

• Build evaluation frameworks to measure model performance, reliability, and business impact.

• Translate complex business processes across finance, sales, operations, and supply chain into AI-driven automation solutions.

• Develop backend services supporting AI orchestration and enterprise-grade deployments.

• Participate in architecture decisions for scalable, secure, and maintainable AI infrastructure.

• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance requirements across all AI solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• 3–7+ years of software engineering experience with production-level AI or machine learning systems.

• Strong programming skills in Python, with additional experience in JavaScript/TypeScript or backend frameworks.

• Experience building APIs, microservices, and enterprise system integrations.

• Solid understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agent frameworks.

• Hands-on experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, or data warehouse systems.

• Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and knowledge graph systems.

• Experience with AI orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks).

• Understanding of enterprise data models, workflows, and governance principles.

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate business needs into technical AI solutions.

• Bonus: experience with MCP frameworks, automation tools, and enterprise AI security considerations.
