Job Description

AI Enablement Lead / Senior Engineer (Agentic Systems | AWS & Azure | Digital Services)

Role Summary

We are seeking a high-impact AI Enablement professional to accelerate AI adoption across our Digital Services service line. This hybrid role blends strategy, hands-on engineering, and customer engagement. You will design and implement agentic systems (AI agents, orchestrators), enable engineering teams through mentorship and training, and actively support presales and customer interactions. The ideal candidate is adaptable across tools and models, comfortable operating in AWS and Azure cloud environments, and capable of translating AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Drive AI enablement initiatives across Digital Services, promoting AI-first engineering practices
2. Design, develop, and deploy AI agents, multi-agent systems, and orchestration workflows
3. Evaluate and integrate a variety of AI models (open-source and commercial) into enterprise solutions
4. Build reusable AI components such as skills, prompts, tools, and automation pipelines
5. Mentor and upskill engineering teams on AI tools, frameworks, and best practices
6. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and hands-on enablement programs
7. Participate in presales activities, customer meetings, demos, and solution discussions
8. Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) and prototypes to showcase AI capabilities and business value
9. Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to embed AI solutions into client engagements
10. Establish best practices for prompt engineering, model usage, evaluation, and AI governance
11. Continuously explore emerging AI tools, frameworks, and trends for adoption
12. Translate business problems into AI-driven solutions aligned to Digital Services offerings

Required Skills & Expertise

AI & Agentic Systems
1. Hands-on experience building AI agents, workflows, and orchestrators
2. Strong understanding of agentic architectures and multi-agent systems
3. Experience with LLMs and AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models, etc.)
4. Expertise in prompt engineering and AI interaction design
5. Experience with frameworks for agentic development (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar)

AI Tools & Ecosystem
1. Exposure to a wide range of AI tools (open-source and commercial)
2. Ability to evaluate, experiment, and integrate AI models into applications
3. Experience developing AI-powered automation and workflows

Programming & Engineering
1. Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred; others acceptable)
2. Experience with APIs, backend systems, and microservices
3. Understanding of scalable system design and integration patterns

Cloud & Platform (AWS & Azure)
1. Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure services and cloud-native architectures
2. Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes preferred)
3. Experience with serverless patterns and managed services across AWS/Azure
4. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Presales & Customer Engagement
1. Experience participating in customer meetings, demos, and solution discussions
2. Ability to translate AI capabilities into business outcomes
3. Experience building and presenting POCs, prototypes, and technical demonstrations

Experience Requirements
1. 8–12+ years of overall experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or AI enablement roles
2. 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/LLM-based systems or AI-enabled development
3. Proven experience in presales, POCs, or customer-facing engagements is highly preferred
