AI Engineer

Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models across supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning approaches to solve complex business problems

• Architect scalable end-to-end AI pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, training, and automated retraining workflows

• Integrate AI and machine learning models into production systems, APIs, and microservices in collaboration with backend engineers

• Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) to improve performance, reduce latency, and optimize cost efficiency

• Explore and evaluate emerging AI techniques such as RAG, agentic workflows, and diffusion models for potential product application

• Ensure AI systems are developed in line with ethical standards, including fairness, transparency, and data privacy requirements

• Contribute to system design, implementation, and production support within the full software development lifecycle

• Participate in technical discussions with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred)

• Minimum 5 years of software engineering or machine learning development experience

• Strong proficiency in Python, with additional experience in languages such as Java, C++, or Go being a plus

• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, and libraries like Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, and LangChain

• Solid understanding of data engineering concepts, including SQL, NoSQL, vector databases, and data pipelines

• Experience deploying models in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

• Strong foundation in statistics, linear algebra, and machine learning theory

• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or LLM-based applications

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Familiarity with healthcare or regulated industry environments is a plus
