What You'll Do

•Design, build, and deploy end‑to‑end AI solutions, including requirement analysis, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.

•Develop and optimize machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI models aligned with business goals, ensuring performance, scalability, and robustness in production environments.

•Lead the engineering and implementation of AI technologies such as computer vision, natural language processing, and large language models within the tire industry.

•Develop AI agents and automation frameworks, integrating LLMs with enterprise systems to enhance decision-making, efficiency, and user experience.

•Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to convert business needs into technical AI solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise platforms.

•Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools, platforms, and technologies to drive innovation and improve model lifecycle management.
