AI Engineer (RWA) - Shenzhen based

Summary: We are seeking an AI Engineer to join an innovative team in Shenzhen. This role involves developing cutting-edge AI solutions to support our next-generation Layer 1 blockchain project, focusing on institutional adoption and the tokenization of real-world assets. The AI Engineer will play a critical role in designing and implementing AI models that bridge traditional Web2 institutions into Web3.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI algorithms and models to support blockchain infrastructure.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into blockchain applications.

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to enhance decision-making processes.

• Implement machine learning models to improve blockchain scalability and efficiency.

• Ensure AI solutions comply with regulatory and security standards.

• Stay updated with the latest AI and blockchain technologies.

Required skills:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

• Proven experience in AI and machine learning model development.

• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.

• Familiarity with blockchain technology and decentralized applications.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
