We are hiring an AI Engineer!

Hybrid working model - Novi Sad or Belgrade office

As an AI Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and integrating AI‑driven solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and proprietary AI platforms. You will work on both AI for Tech and AI for Business initiatives, delivering tailored AI agents (MCPs) that directly support business and engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

AI for Tech

• Optimize key SDLC workflows for development and QA to improve productivity, product quality, and delivery velocity

• Enhance test case documentation and automate test code and configuration generation

• Improve issue analysis and remediation processes through anomaly detection and AI‑driven insights

AI for Business

• Design AI‑powered solutions to address complex business challenges, including:

• Exposing data via conversational chat interfaces

• Signal generation (e.g. short‑term price prediction)

• Liquidity detection and market‑adaptive strategies

AI Engineering & Platform Integration

• Design, develop, and optimize AI solutions leveraging LLMs and generative models

• Engineer effective prompts and optimization strategies to maximize model accuracy and relevance

• Integrate in‑house AI platforms with external systems and data sources to deliver custom MCP agents

• Build reusable components, frameworks, and pipelines for AI deployment and orchestration

• Monitor and evaluate model performance, ensuring robustness, fairness, and responsible AI standards

• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into scalable AI workflows

• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and generative technologies

Your Profile

• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers)

• Solid understanding of LLM architectures, training paradigms, and prompt engineering techniques

• Experience integrating proprietary or in‑house AI platforms into production environments

• Hands‑on experience designing scalable APIs and AI pipelines

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure or GCP)

• Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes

• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle

• Strong problem‑solving skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset

• Professional level of English and effective communication skills

Plus if you have:

• Strong proficiency in Java, including hands‑on experience building MCP agents

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar LLM orchestration frameworks

• Familiarity with vector databases (OpenSearch, Pinecone) and RAG architectures

• Hands‑on experience with embedding models and semantic search

• Experience using OpenAI and Anthropic APIs

• Knowledge of data governance, model explainability, and responsible AI practices
