AI Product Manager
About this role
Accountabilities
In this role, you will define and execute the vision for AI adoption while building the foundational structures that enable scalable delivery of AI products across the organization. You will operate at both strategic and execution levels, ensuring alignment between business goals, technical capabilities, and measurable outcomes.
• Establish and lead the AI Center of Excellence by defining vision, governance frameworks, prioritization models, and success metrics for enterprise AI initiatives
• Build the AI product playbook, including standardized processes for ideation, experimentation, deployment, and measurement
• Identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI use cases across member engagement, personalization, operations, and analytics
• Own the full product lifecycle of AI initiatives, from discovery through launch, iteration, and optimization in partnership with data science and engineering teams
• Define KPIs, OKRs, and reporting frameworks to measure adoption, ROI, and business impact of AI products
• Drive experimentation, pilot programs, and scaling of successful AI solutions into production environments
• Establish executive-level reporting dashboards and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes across stakeholders
• Champion AI adoption across the organization through enablement, education, and storytelling of AI-driven impact
Requirements
You bring a strong blend of product leadership, technical understanding, and strategic thinking, with the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. You are comfortable operating at the intersection of AI, data, and business impact, and you know how to turn complex technology into real-world value.
• 3–5+ years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to AI/ML, data products, or emerging technologies
• Proven experience shipping 0→1 products from concept to production and driving adoption
• Strong technical fluency in AI/ML concepts, including models, training data, APIs, and LLM-based systems
• Experience defining KPIs, building dashboards, and using data to drive product decisions and executive reporting
• Ability to partner effectively with engineering and data science teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to prioritize high-impact opportunities and build business cases
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives
• Familiarity with healthcare, regulated industries, or compliance environments is a plus
• Strong bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including model evaluation, supervised vs. generative approaches, and responsible AI principles
