About this role

Accountabilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling

• Build and nurture relationships with prospects while identifying new potential sales channels

• Maintain and manage a healthy pipeline by qualifying inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria

• Conduct in-depth research on target accounts and industries to understand their cybersecurity challenges and tailor messaging

• Collaborate closely with sales teams to support account-based strategies and improve conversion rates

• Track and manage all sales activities, leads, and opportunities within CRM systems

• Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand market presence

• Manage time and priorities effectively to meet individual performance targets within assigned territories

Requirements:

• Ideally 1+ year of experience in a BDR/SDR role, preferably within a startup or cybersecurity environment

• Fluency in German (mandatory) with strong verbal and written communication skills in professional contexts

• Proven ability to generate leads, manage pipelines, and consistently meet or exceed targets

• Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, self-motivated mindset

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities

• Experience using CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) and sales automation tools

• Analytical mindset with strong research and problem-solving capabilities

• Team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
