Key Responsibilities:
• Architect multi-product AI systems: APIs, data flows, cloud infra, security
• Design shared AI service layers (OCR, NLP, embeddings, document parsing)
• Drive LLM/RAG/Agent pipeline design, prompt engineering, and model evaluation
• Bridge Research PoCs into production-grade, deployable services
• Own CI/CD pipeline health, code quality standards, and PR review process
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and architecture discussions

AI Domain:
• Document intelligence & multilingual OCR / translation
• Generative AI chatbots and workflow automation agents
• Computer vision for retail and document analysis
• Data pipeline automation and ETL intelligence

Tech Stack:
• LLMs: GPT, Gemini, Claude, OSS models
• Cloud: Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI
• Agent frameworks: LangChain / LangGraph / LangFlow / Deep Agents, Google ADK, Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI AgentKit
• OCR/Vision: Cognitive Services and Vision LLMs
• Backend: Python, REST APIs, microservices

Required experience:
• 5+ years in software engineering, 2+ years leading AI/ML projects, with Product Mindset
• Hands-on experience building LLM/RAG pipelines in production
• Comfortable with cloud AI services and multi-service architectures
• Experience with agent frameworks
• Strong Development skills and API design fundamentals
• Track record of mentoring engineers and running sprints
• Able to communicate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders
• English or Japanese communication ability preferred
