Analytics Manager
About this role
Accountabilities:
• Partner with clients to design and implement advanced measurement strategies, including GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) frameworks aligned with evolving AI-driven search behaviors.
• Lead analytics and experimentation initiatives, including hypothesis development, test design, KPI selection, and evaluation of causal impact and incrementality.
• Build and optimize scalable measurement systems using tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, and tag management platforms to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Translate complex analytical outputs into actionable insights and executive-ready narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with SEO, Paid Media, Creative, and Data teams to evaluate performance across nonlinear customer journeys.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, structure findings, and support client deliverables with clarity and speed.
• Support the evolution of modern analytics practices, including experimentation frameworks and AI-informed measurement approaches.
Requirements:
• Strong experience in digital analytics, including hands-on expertise with Google Analytics 4 and/or Adobe Analytics (implementation, auditing, QA, and strategy).
• Proven ability to design measurement frameworks tied to business outcomes rather than surface-level metrics.
• Experience with experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing, incrementality measurement, and causal inference approaches.
• Proficiency with tag management systems such as Google Tag Manager, Tealium iQ, or Adobe Launch.
• Familiarity with data environments such as BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses for querying and validation.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and data layer structures.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analytics concepts for executive and client audiences.
• Curiosity and adaptability toward emerging AI technologies and their impact on marketing measurement and customer behavior.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in mentoring or elevating analytics capabilities within teams is a plus.
Benefits:
• Total compensation range of $75,000–$95,000, based on experience and skills.
