Overview
You will join Deutsche Bank’s Corporate Bank Technology team to help shape how AI is applied across complex enterprise systems and data environments. You’ll work at the forefront of advanced analytics, using cutting-edge AI techniques to extract insights, drive decision-making, and modernize how large-scale platforms operate. You will directly influence how AI capabilities are built, evaluated, and scaled across the organization while solving highly complex, real-world problems.

What You’ll Do
• Build and enhance user-facing applications using modern frontend technologies
• Integrate AI-driven capabilities into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
• Design and optimize workflows to improve user experience and adoption
• Develop solutions to validate and refine AI-generated outputs
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Continuously improve user interaction patterns and application performance
How You’ll Lead
• Work closely with product, UX, and engineering teams to shape application design
• Partner with stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into solutions
• Contribute to defining best practices for AI-powered user experiences
Skills You’ll Need
• Experience with frontend development (React, TypeScript, or similar)
• Strong understanding of web application architecture and integration
• Experience building user-facing applications in enterprise environments
• Familiarity with APIs and backend integration
• Problem-solving skills across UI and system interactions

• Ability to translate complex ideas into simple user interactions

Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Cary office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Cary is $100,000 to $153,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
