About this role

Role Summary:

This internship is for final-year students who have been building with AI in their own time — not because it was assigned, but because they wanted to. You will work alongside the Automation and AI CoE team on live projects, contribute to real POC builds, learn the production stack, and grow fast in an environment that rewards curiosity and initiative. This is a genuine learning opportunity — you will work on real problems, with a real team, building real solutions.

About the role:

• Learn the Stack on Live Projects

• Learn LangGraph, LangChain, and AWS AgentCore by working on real team projects — not isolated exercises.

• Build and test basic RAG pipeline components: chunking, embedding, retrieval, and accuracy evaluation.

• Understand how agentic AI solutions are designed, built, and connected to enterprise systems.

• Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Cline) from day one — learn to use them well and understand every line they generate.

• Contribute to POC Builds

• Assist the Developer and Solutions Lead in moving from a business problem to a working proof of concept.

• Write clean Python code for assigned components — tools, chains, or agent modules under guidance.

• Test what you build, document what you learn, and share it with the team.

• Participate in sprint stand-ups, reviews, and technical discussions — ask questions, contribute ideas.

• Support Active Projects

• Support the Developer and Lead on assigned project streams — debugging, testing, documentation.

• Observe how the Architect engages with business stakeholders and translates problems into solutions.

• Help maintain code quality and documentation standards across the team.

• Explore Low Code Automation

• Get hands-on with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate — build small automations where use cases arise.

• Understand that Pro Code and Low Code are both real tools — knowing when to use each is a skill worth developing early.

About you:

• Currently Studying — Final year of B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.

• Python Basics — Can write functions, classes, and loops. Reads and understands code written by others.

• Built Something With AI — Used OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or Llama in a personal project, college assignment, or hackathon. Even something small counts — as long as you built it yourself.

• LLM / GenAI Awareness — Know what an LLM is, what RAG does, and why vector databases exist — from self-study, a course, or hands-on experimentation.

• Self-Driven Learning — Active Kaggle profile, hackathon participation, AI side project, or open-source contribution — any signal that you learn beyond what the syllabus requires.

• AI Coding Tools — Have used Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Cline. Know how to prompt them, and know how to verify what they produce.

• Git Basics — Comfortable with commits, branches, and pull requests.

• Curiosity Over Credentials — We care more about what you have built than what certifications you hold.

Good to Have:

• LangChain or LangGraph — Any basic usage — a tutorial, a small project, even just reading the docs seriously.

• Kaggle Competitions — Any submission, notebook, or ranking. Shows you apply learning, not just absorb it.

• Low Code Tools — Played with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or similar.

• FastAPI or Flask — Built at least one simple REST endpoint.

• Cloud AI Services — Used AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure OpenAI — even a free-tier experiment.

• Open Source — Any contribution to a public AI or ML project.
• Customer Obsession
• Prioritise user needs. Deliver solutions that create real value for the people using them.

• Competitive Drive

• Set high standards. Give your best even when no one is watching.

• Challenging Mindset

• Question assumptions. Bring ideas. Challenge the way things have always been done.

• Action and Learning Velocity

• Build fast, break things, learn faster. Iteration is how we grow.

• Collaboration and Accountability

• Own your work. Support your team. Celebrate wins together and face challenges together.

• Work on real agentic AI problems — not toy projects, not tutorials, live solutions.

• Learn from a team building with AWS AgentCore, LangGraph, and AI-powered development tools.

• Be part of a CoE that moves fast, experiments freely, and values learning velocity above all.

• Leave with real skills, real code, and real experience that sets you apart from your peers.
