About this role
What you’ll do
• Execute assigned tasks in strict accordance with established Midigator rules and operational playbooks.
• Investigate and analyze transaction histories to identify patterns and validate data integrity.
• Resolve chargeback claims effectively, ensuring outcomes align with customer requirements and policy.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and implement strategic process improvement.
What experience you need
• High School Diploma.
• B2 English proficiency (or higher) to effectively document findings and communicate across teams.
• 1 years of experience in data entry, Customer service , back-office operations, or financial services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data organization and reporting.
