Sobre a vaga:

O(a) FCPRA Brazil Lead é responsável pela gestão completa das finanças do Cluster, com responsabilidade sobre todo o ciclo financeiro — desde planejamento e forecasting até controladoria, reporte e análise de performance.

Essa função combina as responsabilidades de Planejamento & Forecasting e Controladoria (Close & Control), sendo o principal ponto de responsabilidade pela integridade financeira, geração de insights e projeções futuras do negócio.

Atuando como parceiro estratégico do negócio junto ao time de liderança do Cluster e ao Head de Finanças, esse papel contribui diretamente para a estratégia, garante governança financeira e atua como guardião das finanças do Cluster.

Responsabilidades:

• Gerenciar o ciclo financeiro end-to-end do Cluster, assegurando precisão, integridade e reporte financeiro dentro dos prazos

• Liderar planejamento, forecasting e análises de performance, trazendo clareza sobre drivers de negócio, riscos e oportunidades

• Garantir governança financeira robusta, controles e conformidade em todos os mercados

• Desenvolver e padronizar processos de reporte e análise, com foco em simplificação e consistência

• Atuar como parceiro estratégico do negócio, suportando decisões e interagindo com stakeholders globais e regionais

• Liderar e desenvolver times de finanças, além de gerenciar serviços compartilhados para garantir excelência operacional e uma cultura forte orientada a controles

Qualificações e Habilidades:

• Forte experiência nas áreas de finanças, incluindo planejamento financeiro, forecasting, controladoria e reporting

• Sólido conhecimento de normas contábeis (IFRS), processos financeiros e frameworks de reporte

• Experiência em ambientes comerciais, com exposição a planejamento, forecasting e gestão de performance

• Capacidade comprovada de atuar em organizações complexas e matriciais, com múltiplos stakeholders

• Experiência em liderança e desenvolvimento de equipes, com forte habilidade de gestão de pessoas

• Perfil analítico e boa capacidade de resolução de problemas, com foco em suporte à tomada de decisão baseada em dados

• Experiência em transformação financeira, melhoria de processos ou iniciativas globais é um diferencial

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e apresentação, com capacidade de influenciar stakeholders sêniores

• Capacidade de construir relacionamentos sólidos e atuar de forma eficaz em ambientes multiculturais

About the role:

The FCPRA Brazil Lead is the end-to-end finance owner for the Cluster, with accountability across the full financial spectrum—from planning and forecasting to controllership, reporting, and performance analytics.

This role combines the responsibilities of Planning & Forecasting Lead and Close & Control / Controllership Lead, providing a single point of accountability for financial integrity, performance insights, and forward-looking outlooks.

Acting as a strategic business partner to the Cluster Leadership Team and Finance Head, this role drives business strategy, ensures financial governance, and serves as the gatekeeper of the Cluster’s financials.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end finance cycle for the Cluster, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timely financial reporting

• Lead planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, providing clear insights on business drivers, risks, and opportunities

• Ensure strong financial governance, controls, and compliance across all markets

• Drive high-quality reporting and analytics, with a focus on simplification and consistency

• Act as a strategic business partner, supporting decision-making and engaging with key global and regional stakeholders

• Lead and develop finance teams, while overseeing shared services to ensure operational excellence and a strong control-focused culture

Qualifications and skills:

• Strong experience across finance disciplines, including financial planning, forecasting, controllership and reporting

• Solid understanding of accounting standards (IFRS), financial processes and reporting frameworks

• Experience working in commercial environments, with exposure to forecasting, planning and performance management

• Proven ability to operate in complex, matrix organisations with multiple stakeholders

• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams, with strong people management skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to support decision-making through data

• Experience in finance transformation, process improvement or global initiatives is a plus

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

• Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively in a multicultural environment

• Advanced English
