Business Analyst, Cost Optimization
About this role
The Business Analyst Cost Optimization supports enterprise and regional cost optimization efforts by providing financial analysis, business insight, and data connectivity across Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance. This role partners closely with Finance leadership and business stakeholders to identify cost and margin opportunities, support operating reviews, and assess financial implications of commercial and operational decisions. The position applies a strong finance lens while maintaining deep connection to business activity, enabling leadership to understand how operational drivers flow through to financial results. The role is analytical and execution‑oriented, focused on enabling informed decision‑making rather than owning strategy or final decisions.

• Enables visibility and execution across all functional areas through ownership and administration of the Amplify project-tracking system and partnership with Business Analysts to ensure accurate, timely project reporting.
• Accelerates digital transformation and business adoption by leading the implementation and ongoing adoption of Salesforce, improving data quality, process efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Acts as a trusted strategic partner and self-directed leader who adapts communication styles, mentors associates, and brings strong business acumen to deliver outcomes without heavy oversight.
