Business Analyst – Market research
About this role
About the role
We are a Nordic organization with 500+ employees across Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Estonia, developing data‑driven solutions that help improve healthcare systems. We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Nordic Consulting & Analytics Solutions team.
Based in Estonia, you will work closely with experienced consultants and analysts across the Nordics, contributing to real healthcare market research projects with tangible impact. This role offers hands-on responsibility from day one and a strong learning curve in an international, trust-based environment.
If you are curious, analytical, and motivated by meaningful work in healthcare, this role gives you the opportunity to grow into a consultant while working on complex, real-world business questions.
What you will do
As a Business Analyst, you will support and contribute to qualitative and quantitative market research projects across the Nordic region. Responsibilities typically include:
• Supporting primary and secondary market research among healthcare providers, decision-makers, and other stakeholders
• Preparing and assisting with in-depth interviews (interview guides, documentation, analysis, and synthesis)
• Analyzing and interpreting data to turn insights into clear findings and actionable recommendations
• Contributing to client-ready reports, presentations, and workshop materials
• Collaborating closely within project teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery
• Supporting senior team members in client interactions, project coordination, and proposal preparation
• Building professional and respectful relationships with healthcare stakeholders
• Taking a proactive role in learning healthcare markets, research methods, and consulting skills
About you
We are looking for someone early in their career who is motivated to grow and take ownership. You likely have:
• A Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, economics, psychology, health economics, health sciences, or a similar field
• Up to 2 years of experience in market research, consulting, analytics, or another analytical role (healthcare experience is a plus, not a must)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills in English
• Practical experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and online research
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in international teams
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in a project-based environment
• Interest in healthcare, life sciences, or evidence-based decision-making
Nordic language skills (Finnish, Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian) are considered an advantage, but are not required.
What we offer
• Meaningful work that contributes to better healthcare outcomes
• A supportive, low-hierarchy Nordic work culture built on trust and collaboration
• Exposure to international clients and projects across the Nordic region
• Strong learning and development opportunities through on-the-job coaching and mentorship
• Flexibility in how and where you work (hybrid setup in Estonia)
• A stable and growing organization with a clear long-term vision
