Accountabilities
You will be responsible for supporting business development, digital marketing, and commercial intelligence activities, ensuring the organisation’s expertise is clearly positioned in the market and translated into measurable commercial impact.
• Turn complex healthcare and life sciences insights into clear, audience-specific content for key commercial and clinical stakeholders
• Manage content planning and delivery across digital channels, including website, LinkedIn, and campaign materials
• Support thought leadership development in collaboration with senior experts across life sciences and health investment practices
• Coordinate event and conference marketing activity, including pre-event promotion and post-event engagement strategies
• Monitor digital performance, competitor positioning, and audience engagement to optimise visibility and impact
• Track commercial opportunities, RFPs, and CRM signals to support pipeline development and business intelligence
• Ensure alignment of messaging and campaigns across multiple practices and service lines
Requirements
You are an early-career professional with strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills, ideally with exposure to marketing, consulting, healthcare, or commercial environments. You are intellectually curious, proactive, and able to operate confidently in structured yet fast-moving settings.
• Up to 1–2 years of experience in marketing, consulting, commercial, or healthcare-related roles (internships or graduate experience included)
• Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for senior audiences
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights
• Highly organised, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Commercial awareness with a focus on outcomes and business impact
• Proactive, self-driven approach with strong initiative and follow-through
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and working in collaborative environments
• Degree (minimum 2:1) in a relevant discipline
• Familiarity with digital tools, LinkedIn, or CRM/analytics platforms is an advantage
• Interest in healthcare, life sciences, or health investment sectors is strongly preferred
