This is a hunter-oriented role focused on developing pipeline, generating new opportunities, and engaging with mid-market and enterprise prospects. Responsibilities:

• Source and qualify new business opportunities in North America.

• Build and manage a client pipeline across multiple verticals.

• Proactively reach out to prospects via outbound (email, calls, social).

• Coordinate discovery & qualification conversations.

• Partner with Sales leadership to close deals.

• Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings (travel expected 30% of the time).

What You Need to Succeed:

• 2–5 years of sales or BDM experience in consulting/services-led environments.

• Proven ability to prospect, engage, and qualify leads independently.

• Experience with selling technology services and managing negotiations with clients.

• Highly motivated, results-driven, and coachable.

• Comfortable working without detailed day-to-day supervision.

• Willing to travel for client meetings and events.
