Business Intelligence Analyst

Accountabilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional business intelligence and analytics initiatives that support strategic and operational decision-making.

• Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and Product to define analytical needs and align solutions with business goals.

• Design, build, and optimize dashboards and reporting solutions to ensure accuracy, usability, and adoption across the organization.

• Develop and maintain reusable data workflows and transformations using modern BI and data tools.

• Perform deep-dive analyses to solve ambiguous business problems and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.

• Ensure consistency and governance of enterprise metrics, aligning definitions across teams and systems.

• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Platform teams to improve data models, pipelines, and data quality standards.

• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to strengthening analytics best practices across the team.

• Support data validation, performance optimization, and statistical analysis to ensure reliability of insights.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or related data-focused roles.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

• Advanced SQL skills, including complex query design, validation logic, and performance optimization.

• Strong experience with Tableau for dashboard development and data visualization.

• Proficiency with Tableau Prep for building scalable and reusable data flows.

• Experience working with Databricks and collaborating with data engineering teams.

• Strong Python skills for data analysis, validation, and automation tasks.

• Solid understanding of statistical concepts such as regression and analytical modeling.

• Strong data modeling knowledge, including grain, joins, and relational data structures.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.

• Strong analytical thinking, ownership mindset, and ability to challenge assumptions constructively.
