Job Description:
In this role, you will work closely with business units, subject matter experts and technical resources to identify business needs, define key metrics, develop business requirements, and design reports and dashboards that support data driven decisions. The successful candidate will possess knowledge or be able to learn the business operations and apply this knowledge when developing solutions.
Under direct supervision, you will be responsible to:
•Assist in research and fact-finding to develop or modify a database, data reporting tools for data analytics or other data development projects.
•Assist in preparing specifications.
•Assist in analyzing, designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and maintaining assigned area of specialization.
•Perform basic analysis, reporting, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
We are seeking an Entry-level individual with the aptitude, educational background, or related work experience to begin a career as a database, data analysis or data development professional.
Our ideal candidate will typically have 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
Technical skills to be successful will include basic knowledge of Power BI including data modeling, transformations, and visualizations concepts.
The candidate will also need to have basic SQL skills including writing queries for analysis and validation as well as creating objects such as views, stored procedures and functions as needed to support data source development.
Educational Requirements:
Recent graduate of a related degree or certification program; or a demonstrable skill, aptitude or ability; or some prior, related work experience resulting in the ability to fulfill the entry-level responsibilities of the position.

The estimated pay range stated represents the typical pay range for this position or similarly employed employees or employees performing substantially similar work. Factors which may be used to determine the actual pay rate may include, but are not limited to, education, training or experience; seniority; merit and work performance; quantity or quality of production; regional differences in compensation; differences in local minimum wages, or ability and effort.
Position's Pay Range:
$75,000 - $85,000
