About this role

We are reimagining the way the world experiences healthcare and the Catalight Research Institute Associate Psychologist will collaborate within the Catalight Group and beyond to ensure alignment of the Mission, strategic priorities, and industry best practices for our growing portfolio of research and training programs. We are looking for an adaptive team member who will support inclusive and equity-informed strategies and programs that can adapt and scale to support the multi-faceted needs of our clients, families, and customers in support of our dynamic portfolio. The ideal candidate is bold in their approach, is solution oriented, welcomes ever changing environments, and approaches work with a growth mindset. They are excited for an opportunity to innovate, collaborate on strategy development and operational excellence across the CE, while building relationships with care and enjoy creating inclusive spaces. This role will also act as an Adjunct Instructor for Catalight Academy, providing clinical education and leadership across various behavioral interventions.

Essential Job Functions

Catalight Academy

• Instructor for Catalight Academy program capstone sessions and Advanced Certification courses: RUBI, Compass-Behavioral, Calibrate, RUBI, Chat, Everyday ABA.
• Review and grade learner assignments and fidelity assignments, meeting deadlines and associated timelines.
• Collaborate with Catalight Academy as a subject matter expert (SME) on program development and manuscript writing.

Catalight Research Institute

• Inform and contribute to a collaborative yet transformative approach to the Catalight Research Institute operations that reflects our mission, values, and provides an exceptional learning experience.
• Contribute to, support, and implement programs that are people centered and wellbeing focused.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of IRB protocols
• Support research initiatives of the institute
• Drafting and editing manuscripts for peer review journal submission
• Meet and exceed identified goals and metrics by innovating, taking risks, critically thinking, and establishing credibility as an advisor across the family of companies and beyond.
• Successfully build, support, and collaborate within a high performing team in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growing work environment.
• Participate in clinical case consultations, offering guidance on challenging behavior and treatment planning
• Attending 2-4 conferences yearly to present on CRI research and Academy programs
• Establish strong and collaborative partnerships within CRI, its’ community, as well as throughout the FoC.
• Manage and perform special projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Education, Experience & Training Equivalent to:

• Doctoral degree in clinical psychology
• Licensed clinical psychologist in home state
• BCBA preferred
• Fluent in American Psychological Association Publication Manual, 7th Edition publication guidelines.

Conditions of Employment

• Ability to obtain and maintain criminal record clearance through the Department of Justice (DOJ). The People & Performance Department must analyze DOJ/FBI live scan reports in accordance with applicable Federal, State, and Local laws, as well as fitness for the position.
• Ability to obtain and maintain clearance through the Office of Inspector General.
• Must attend any required training.

Full time

Compensation:

$127,500 - $172,500 Annually
