Consultant, Predictive Analytics

Consultant, Predictive Analytics, IQVIA Inc., Wayne, PA. May telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. with written business approval and report electronically to the Wayne, PA office. Oversee advanced statistical/machine learning projects. Manage multiple work streams with data scientists, developers, and clinical experts to translate business needs into analytical problems and deliver clinically and commercially meaningful interpretations. Orchestrate patient-data-based projects. Lead projects like patient journeys and HCP targeting using IQVIA’s technology platform. Configure and customize the platform for clients, guide end-users, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team. Research clients’ business problems, propose solutions, and assist with proposals and pitches to support business development. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure innovative and valuable solutions. Take ownership of internal initiatives. Drive project automation, standardization, mentorship, recruitment, thought leadership, and team building. Generate insights through PowerPoint to create client ready deliverables. Communicate in writing and phone both internally and with clients to share workstream or project level insights. Act as primary point of contact for client communications. Work M-F, 9am – 5pm EST.  Salary Range: $128,614 - $223,700/year. Requires a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, economics, business, engineering, mathematics, statistics, computer science, life sciences, or a related field or foreign equivalent and three (3) years of experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry with a focus on business cases for analytics services or products to include three (3) years with the following: managing analytics projects and priorities; analyzing and interpreting various types of patient level data; applying statistics or machine learning in healthcare or life sciences and the pharmaceutical industry in order to answer clients’ business questions; utilizing Jira or Zoho Service Desk to manage workstreams and tasks; and making presentations and business writing. The potential base pay range for this role is $128,614 - $223,700 The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
