Who you are:

As a Data Analysis Manager - Consumer Banking with Frost, you are our leader, providing guidance and support to every single team member on your team. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of data analysts to understand the problem at hand, create an analysis plan to leverage the appropriate data, and use data analysis techniques to solve the problem. What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts to understand the problem at hand, create an analysis plan to leverage the appropriate data, and use data analysis techniques to solve the problem
• Serve as the primary analytics expert for Consumer Banking, delivering data insights to drive business growth and enhance decision making for senior leadership and executive stakeholders
• Collaborate with the line of business to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable analytical projects
• Lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise dashboards, delivering intuitive, high-impact visualizations that drive decision making
• Deliver clear, compelling presentations to senior leadership, transforming complex data into concise, decision-ready insights and forward-looking recommendations
• Guide the application of advanced statistical and analytical methodologies to deliver actionable insights and influence strategic decision making
• Make recommendations to Product Teams, lines of business, and management based on data analysis findings that support actionable solutions
• Develop and implement strategic tests of data products and data initiatives to improve existing data analysis processes

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, mathematics, economics, or in a related field or equivalent industry experience
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or management role
• Demonstrated experience in data visualization/BI tools, particularly tableau and tableau prep, including building and managing scalable, user-friendly dashboards
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making
• Strong capabilities in Data Visualization, Data Storytelling, Data Scoping, and building custom KPIs
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data querying, manipulation, and analysis
• Strong problem solving and conceptual thinking abilities in addition to communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Statistical analysis techniques and proficient in Microsoft office suite of tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
