What you'll be doing:
• Act as primary point of contact for study teams and clinical data providers as it relates to the acquisition and processing of external clinical trial data
• Liaise with study teams and clinical data providers to establish and communicate data standards and file format requirements
• Process electronic clinical trial data files and loads data into the CDMS (eg – Oracle Clinical, DMW, RCC, Medidata Rave) or applicable data repository
• Create Data Transfer Specifications
• Troubleshoot data processing and data load errors and liaise with study team or clinical data provider to resolve issues
What we are searching for:
• High School Diploma, or international equivalent from an accredited institution, preferably in a technical, programing, clinical, or health-related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• 0 to 2 years of practical experience using EDC products (e.g. - Oracle RDC / Inform, DMW, RCC, Medidata Rave, DataLabs, etc.). Alternately, must have proven experience in all primary job functions.
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of tools (e.g. - Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Proven ability to drive a successful customer experience through positive customer interactions, provision of quality and timely deliverables, and task ownership
• Familiarity with electronic data warehousing and data processing preferred
This is a fixed-term contract until the end of September. The working hours are 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
