Job Description Summary

The Program Leader - Data Analyst will support the MR Engineering Operations team by delivering reliable product cost calculation, cost analysis, analytical insights, reporting, and dashboards that improve product cost performance, accuracy, reliability, and cost process optimization across GE HealthCare’s MR business.
The role sits within MR Productivity and Operations team and works under the direction of the GEHC product data governance, supporting broader analytics initiatives by owning annual standard roll-up, cost correction/overrides, BOM breakdown analysis across different product lines from high level to bottom details, recurring reporting, KPI tracking, and foundational operational analyses. The Data Analyst project leader will partner closely with engineering, operations, manufacturing, external manufacturing, sourcing and suppliers, commercial, and quality teams to convert product data into clear, actionable insights.
This position supports a highly time-sensitive cross functional network, including global MR manufacturing, operations, sourcing, logistics, central team etc. The successful candidate will bring strong analytical, AI, and data visualization skills, with an interest in structuring engineering, cost accounting, manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain execution.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead accurate product cost calculation, in-depth cost analysis, actionable analytical insights, regular reporting and interactive dashboards.
• Drive process improvements in product cost performance, data accuracy and reliability, and optimizes cost-related processes for the global MR business.
• Own annual standard cost roll-up, cost correction and overrides, end-to-end BOM breakdown analysis across product lines, recurring business reporting, KPI tracking and foundational operational analytics.
• Proactive partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, internal/external manufacturing, sourcing & suppliers, commercial and quality teams to transform product data into clear, actionable business insights.
• Supports time-sensitive global stakeholders including MR manufacturing, operations, sourcing, logistics and central functional teams.
• Requires strong analytics, basic AI application and data visualization capabilities, with a solid understanding of engineering, cost accounting, manufacturing, logistics and supply chain operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Data Analytics, Statistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Finance / Cost Accounting or related fields.
• Experience building and maintaining operational dashboards and recurring reports.
• Solid proficient experience in data analysis, cost analysis, operational analytics and BOM data processing within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proficient in advanced Excel (VBA, advanced formulas, advanced pivot tables, Power Query, data analysis), Python, SQL etc.
• Data processing and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar), able to independently deliver analysis, reports and dashboards.
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills; detail-oriented, responsible and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality
• Good English reading and writing skills for global cross-team collaboration and document delivery.

Desired Characteristics

• Experience in medical devices, high-end manufacturing or global MNC working background.
• Familiar with standard costing, BOM lifecycle management, MR industry business and supply chain cost structure.
• Skilled in SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Python analytical tools and automated report development.
• Experience working with global cross-regional teams and time-sensitive international projects.
• Background in cost accounting, engineering analytics or process optimization projects is a plus.
• Fluent English communication for daily global business interaction and presentation.
