Accountabilities
You will be responsible for leading the analytics function while ensuring high-quality data insights that support workforce planning and organizational efficiency.
• Lead and manage the Staff Analytics team, providing direction, mentorship, and operational oversight
• Collaborate with HR and internal stakeholders to define key workforce metrics and reporting needs
• Design and implement data collection frameworks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability
• Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights on staff performance and organizational effectiveness
• Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders
• Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for operational and strategic improvement
• Ensure continuous improvement of analytics processes, tools, and methodologies
• Stay informed on best practices in data analytics and workforce planning to enhance internal capabilities
Requirements
You are an experienced data professional with strong leadership capabilities and the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Proven experience in data analytics, reporting, or workforce analytics roles
• Prior experience in a leadership or team lead capacity is strongly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
• Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R
• Experience building dashboards and presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality
• Passion for data-driven decision-making and operational improvement
