ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide users with technical support for data-related problems.
• Document data definitions, flows, and metadata in alignment with governance.
• Perform routine data quality audits and assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Assess and adapt pre-developed application packages to meet user requirements.
• Train end-users on basic system functions or data entry procedures.
• Coordinate with IT teams to ensure consistent data backups and user access controls.
• Proactively engage in ongoing self-learning activities to continuously expand knowledge and understanding across supported areas and related healthcare and technology domains, contributing to improved efficiency and quality of support provided.
• Promotes the image and reputation of the System by exhibiting servant leadership and providing direct and open lines of communication.
• Contributes to the work of committees, workgroups, project management, and other collaborative efforts of the System.
• Performs other duties as necessary to ensure the success of the System.

• Proficiency in data documentation, spreadsheets, and database tools.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Data Analytics, or a closely related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and directly relevant experience in data management, information governance, analytics, or related areas. Experience working in a regulated or healthcare environment is preferred.
Candidates with experience in data quality management, reporting, or business intelligence tools are encouraged to apply. Professional certifications in data management or governance are advantageous but not required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram format. The ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
COMPUTER APPLICATION SKILLS
This role requires mastery of the Microsoft Office suite of applications:
• Microsoft SharePoint (site administration, document library governance, permissions management, version control, and integration with organizational workflows)
• Microsoft Copilot (effective prompt construction, AI-assisted content generation, governance-aware use within M365 applications, and understanding of organizational data boundaries and acceptable use policies)
• Microsoft Power BI (report and dashboard development, data modeling, dataset governance, and distribution of insights to organizational stakeholders)
• Microsoft Power Apps / Power Platform (Governance of low-code solutions within organizational IT and compliance frameworks)
• Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, complex formulas, macros, pivot tables, dashboards, and visualization tools)
• Microsoft Word (advanced formatting, automated templates, styles management, professional document production)
• Microsoft PowerPoint (advanced slide design, animations, embedded media, professional-level presentations)
• Microsoft Outlook
Additionally, the successful candidate must demonstrate the capacity and desire to learn a wide variety of specialized software to fulfill diverse business requirements. Platforms may include records management software, statistical analysis tools, limited scripting tools, and others.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an associate encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Works in home/remote office with frequent assignments at the main office location, as well as throughout nursing center locations and their premises. Moves intermittently during working hours.
