What you’ll do:

• You will join the Business Insight & Data Governance team, working within the Data Governance & Visualization area and reporting to the Data Governance & Visualization Associate Manager.
• You will have the opportunity to develop interactive dashboards and reports. Analyze and interpret business data to support decision-making processes. Manage end-to-end data visualization projects. Identify trends and opportunities through data analysis.
• You will translate data into clear and effective outputs (reports, dashboards, analysis) tailored to business stakeholders.
• You will help identify data inconsistencies, process gaps, or improvement opportunities, contributing to the enhancement of BI solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-related initiatives across Flutter SEA

What you’ll bring:

• 1–2 years of experience in Data Visualization or Data Analysis within a business environment
• A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field is preferred
• Solid knowledge of SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Qlik Sense / Qlik Cloud including dashboard design and reporting techniques
• Excellent knowledge of data visualization best practices, with good communication and organizational skills
• A strong passion for data and a desire to make an impact in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience in designing data models and analytical solutions
• Basic knowledge of Oracle Analytics Cloud, Databricks, and Cloud Services
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira)
• Previous exposure to Data Governance
