Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, organize, and perform basic analysis of data from various sources to identify trends and support decision-making processes.
• Assist in evaluating existing operational processes by providing data and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain and update reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide regular updates to the management team.
• Consult with different departments to gather data and provide support for understanding operational challenges.
• Document operational processes, workflows, and improvements to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency across the organization.
• Perform audits of provider databases in Excel to ensure compliance with operational processes
• Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience conducting data analysis and evaluating data sets in Microsoft Excel
• Self-starter and organizer with high energy and drive to meet the needs of a demanding operational landscape
• Strong initiative to understand data elements and how they may interact in our solutions, systems, and processes
• Experience using Salesforce
• Interest and/or background in the healthcare industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship building skills

• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
• Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information.
• Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.
