Job Description

Role: Data Quality Analyst – Senior Associate 
Experience: 3 - 5 yrs
Location: Hyderabad

Summary

The Data Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring end‑to‑end traceability and integrity of delivery artifacts across the program lifecycle. This role ensures that requirements, design, testing, and release artifacts remain accurately linked, complete, and production‑ready, enabling effective scope control, quality assurance, and release confidence across enterprise programs..

Responsibilities

• Maintain end‑to‑end requirements traceability across delivery artifacts within Azure DevOps (ADO) 
• Build and manage requirements traceability matrices, ensuring alignment from business requirements through testing and release 
• Enforce artifact linkage standards (epics, features, stories, test cases, defects, releases) 
• Perform data quality checks to validate completeness, accuracy, and consistency of delivery data 
• Identify and remediate traceability gaps, misalignments, or data integrity issues 
• Produce traceability and data quality reporting for program, PMO, and governance stakeholders 
• Partner with Project / Program Managers, QA, and Product teams to ensure adherence to traceability and quality standards 
• Support release readiness by validating traceability coverage and auditability prior to deployment 
• Contribute to continuous improvement of traceability, reporting, and quality management practices

Skills

• Azure DevOps (ADO) requirements, testing, and work item management 
• Requirements traceability and artifact linkage management 
• Data quality validation and reporting 
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and hybrid delivery models 
• Strong analytical and attention‑to‑detail orientation 
• Clear written and verbal communication for stakeholder reporting

Education / Professional Experience/ Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience 
• Experience supporting program or project delivery in a technology environment 
• Prior involvement in PMO, delivery governance, or quality management activities 
• Experience working with ALM / delivery tools (Azure DevOps preferred)
