Your Role

As a Data Scientist, you will transform processed and structured data into predictive and actionable insights that generate measurable business impact. You will collaborate closely with Data Engineers, AI teams, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to design scalable analytical solutions aligned with strategic objectives.

We are looking for analytical leaders capable of combining statistical rigor, business understanding, and AI-driven innovation to solve complex problems through advanced machine learning models and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, validate, and optimize Machine Learning and predictive models for business use cases.

• Perform advanced exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, anomalies, and strategic opportunities.

• Design and implement feature engineering strategies to improve model performance and scalability.

• Build scalable analytical pipelines using Python, R, and PySpark in Big Data environments.

• Collaborate with Data Engineers to leverage high-quality and production-ready datasets.

• Deploy, monitor, and validate Machine Learning models in production environments.

• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Create dashboards and visual storytelling using Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, and seaborn.

• Continuously improve model performance through experimentation, retraining, and monitoring.

• Apply statistical methodologies and AI best practices to ensure robust and reliable outcomes.

• Contribute to AI-first development practices leveraging modern GenAI tools and collaborative delivery models.

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the evolution of data science best practices within the organization.

Who You Are

Must Have

• 3+ years of experience for Semi Senior profiles / 5+ years for Senior profiles in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.

• Strong programming skills in Python and/or R.

• Experience working with PySpark and Big Data Analytics ecosystems.

• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

• Solid knowledge of statistics, predictive modeling, and hypothesis testing.

• Expertise in Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and Feature Engineering techniques.

• Experience deploying and validating Machine Learning models in production environments.

• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, or seaborn.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.

• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders.

• Advanced English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Familiarity with MLOps and CI/CD practices for Machine Learning.

• Experience with NLP, Generative AI, or LLM-based applications.

• Knowledge of data governance and responsible AI practices.

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments and cross-functional teams.

• Experience mentoring or leading technical initiatives.
