Data Scientist Senior Consultant

Accountabilities:

• Lead the development and execution of machine learning and predictive modeling solutions to support business decision-making

• Design, build, and implement data science models that improve forecasting, classification, and predictive accuracy

• Identify and integrate new internal and external data sources to enhance model performance and business insights

• Translate business challenges into analytical problems and select appropriate modeling techniques to address them

• Manage moderately complex data science projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met

• Evaluate and communicate model performance, limitations, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership

• Collaborate with business partners to understand needs and ensure solutions align with strategic objectives

• Apply statistical and machine learning best practices to improve data quality and analytical outcomes

• Support development of tools and frameworks that operationalize predictive models into business workflows

• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying new methods, tools, and efficiencies in data science practices

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, predictive modeling, or advanced analytics

• Strong knowledge of machine learning and statistical modeling techniques, including time series modeling

• Experience working with non-technical stakeholders and translating business needs into analytical solutions

• Proficiency in data science tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL, or similar)

• Strong understanding of predictive analytics, data modeling, and algorithm development

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences

• Experience managing data science projects or analytical workstreams independently

• Strong problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset

• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field preferred

• Ability to balance technical depth with practical business impact
