About the Role

As a Delivery Manager within our Data & Integration Platforms team, you will lead the delivery of complex, high-impact data and AI initiatives that underpin critical business outcomes.

You will sit at the centre of delivery, engineering, and stakeholder engagement—ensuring initiatives are executed at pace, with quality, and aligned to our broader technology and business strategy.

This is a highly visible leadership role, contributing to enterprise-wide transformation while building and mentoring high-performing teams.

What You’ll Do

Lead Delivery at Scale

• Drive end-to-end delivery of multiple data and AI initiatives across the full lifecycle
• Plan and manage scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines
• Lead risk, issue, and dependency management to ensure predictable delivery outcomes
• Coordinate releases and ensure delivery readiness across squads
• Maintain high standards of quality aligned to stakeholder expectations

Build and Lead High-Performing Teams

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers and platform specialists
• Create a strong, inclusive team culture aligned to Bunnings leadership behaviours
• Identify capability gaps and support development plans
• Foster collaboration across a matrix delivery model

Partner and Influence

• Engage senior stakeholders to align priorities and outcomes
• Provide clear reporting on delivery, financials, and performance
• Work cross-functionally with technology, analytics, and business teams to deliver value

Drive Commercial and Operational Outcomes

• Manage portfolio budgets, forecasts, and cost optimisation
• Balance delivery commitments with engineering realities
• Apply delivery metrics to continuously improve performance and predictability

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience delivering complex technology or data programs in agile environments
• Strong leadership capability with experience managing technical teams
• Commercial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting
