You will play an active role in identifying supervision needs and translating these into technological requirements for the department to enable transformation, and help to develop the technology uplift plans for the department.
[What you will be working on]
You will be part of a team responsible for the knowledge management and data analysis for banking supervision.
You will play an active role in identifying supervision needs and translating these into technological requirements for the department to enable transformation, and help to develop the technology uplift plans for the department. You will also work with banking supervisors to ideate, test and implement data analytics and transformation scripts to enable automated data analysis and risk identification in the medium term.
In the course of your work, you will have opportunities to interact with other units in MAS (Suptech, Surveillance & Analytics Division, Tech Products Division, Supervisory Methodologies Tools and Analytics Division, Technology & Analytics Technology Group, Enterprise Knowledge Department (EKD)) to conceptualise, design and implement technological solutions for the Department.
[What we are looking for]
The individual should also have knowledge in data science and analytics (e.g. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Data Analytics/AIML) and is comfortable with programming. This includes the following knowledge/skillsets:
• Statistics/financial econometrics
• Programming in Python, and/or other languages
• AI/ML, NLP, LLM/prompt engineering
• SQL
