Digital Personalization Analytics Expert
About this role
Accountabilities:
• Leverage advanced analytics and large-scale datasets to optimize digital personalization strategies and customer engagement
• Lead end-to-end data science projects, including problem definition, data exploration, model development, validation, and deployment
• Design and execute experiments, ensuring accurate audience segmentation, test activation, and performance tracking
• Consolidate insights across digital initiatives to continuously refine targeting and personalization approaches
• Establish and maintain high standards for documentation of analytics processes, models, and insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate findings and influence strategic decision-making
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Promote scalable machine learning practices and contribute to the development of robust, production-ready solutions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (Master’s or PhD preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in data science (or 2+ years with a Master’s degree), working on complex analytical problems
• Strong expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and optimization techniques
• Proficiency with modern analytics tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and Spark, along with cloud platforms
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Qlik, or similar technologies
• Demonstrated ability to design experiments, analyze results, and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in digital, eCommerce, retail, or marketing analytics is a plus
