How You Will Make History Here…
• Lead and shape the enterprise Commerce and Omni Commerce strategy and long‑term roadmap aligned to growth priorities
• Serve as the enterprise commercial interface, translating capabilities into measurable demand and customer impact
• Champion agentic, AI‑enabled, and next‑generation commerce models that redefine discovery, conversion, and loyalty
• Build the commerce organization, operating model, and capabilities of the future
What You Will Do…
• Lead enterprise Commerce and Omni Commerce strategy and roadmap
• Drive three‑year strategic planning, prioritization, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) integration
• Own the enterprise Agentic Commerce roadmap and future‑of‑commerce vision
• Identify, pilot, and scale AI and agentic use cases that improve discovery, conversion, and loyalty
• Lead the Digital Shelf team and partner closely with Search, Media, and Analytics teams
• Own enterprise commerce KPIs, dashboards, and performance frameworks
• Translate analytics into actionable insights across customers and categories
• Ensure a consistent enterprise view of commerce performance
• Define enterprise standards for online availability, assortment, pricing, and fulfillment
• Lead visibility into online availability and in‑stock performance
• Partner cross‑functionally to enable seamless commerce launches and execution
• Build the Omni Commerce e‑Category Management (e‑CatMan) and Customer Field Support model of the future
• Drive enterprise commerce capability building, including training and playbooks

• Enterprise and customer‑facing commerce stakeholders
What You Bring to the Table…
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 10+ years of experience in Commerce, eCommerce, Omni Commerce, Digital Strategy, or Analytics roles
• Strong understanding of digital shelf execution, analytics, retail media, and marketplace dynamics
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale, cross‑functional, enterprise initiatives
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and executive communication skills
It Would Be Great If You Have…
• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent)
• Experience shaping or deploying AI‑enabled or agentic commerce capabilities at scale
• Background building enterprise analytics frameworks and performance governance models
• Experience designing future‑state commerce operating models and capability roadmaps
Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$166,800-$239,800
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
