Director of AI Innovation

Accountabilities:

• Drive the identification and implementation of AI-powered workflows across business development, client services, operations, HR, and finance, improving efficiency, scalability, and output quality.

• Lead company-wide AI adoption by educating teams, facilitating working sessions, and creating clear documentation to embed AI tools into daily workflows.

• Own the evaluation, selection, and management of the AI tool stack, ensuring the organization stays current with relevant platforms for outreach, content, research, and operations.

• Partner with leadership to design AI-enabled solutions for prospecting, proposal creation, and client engagement, transforming manual processes into scalable systems.

• Continuously monitor the AI ecosystem, providing insights and recommendations on new tools, trends, and opportunities for operational and creative advancement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working with AI tools, automation platforms, or digital transformation initiatives in a business environment.

• Proven track record of implementing AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable operational or organizational impact.

• Strong understanding of the AI landscape, including emerging tools, automation frameworks, and applied AI use cases across business functions.

• Ability to move quickly from concept to execution, balancing build vs. buy decisions and knowing when to engage external technical expertise.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for creative and business stakeholders.

• Comfortable working directly with executive leadership in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.
