Welche Aufgaben erwarten dich?

• Als Doktorand (d/m/w/x) forschst und arbeitest du über 3 Jahre an der wissenschaftlichen Fundierung, Weiterentwicklung und Validierung des Konzepts AI FTE (AI Full‑Time Equivalent).

• Ziel ist es, AI‑gestützte Effizienz- und Produktivitätsbeiträge im Software Engineering transparent, messbar und praktisch nutzbar zu machen.

• AI FTE dient dabei als Berechnungs‑ und Transparenzkonzept zur Darstellung von Produktivitätsbeiträgen durch AI‑basierte, vollständig durch Menschen verantwortete Tools – nicht als Headcount‑Ersatz und nicht als Leistungs‑ oder Erfolgsgarantie.

• Du bringst einen sehr guter Masterabschluss in (Wirtschafts‑)Informatik, Data Science, Software Engineering, Statistik, Mathematik, Industrial Engineering oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang mit.

• Du bringst ein starkes Interesse an empirischer Forschung, Metrik-Modellen und einer methodisch sauberen Validierung mit.

• Dabei verfügst du über ein solides Verständnis von Software Engineering / SDLC und zeigst großes Interesse an KI-gestützter Produktivität (z.B. Copilots, agentische Workflows, moderne Entwickler-Toolchains).

• In Datenanalyse und Modellierung (z.B. Python, R, Statistik, Visualisierung, reproduzierbare Auswertungen) verfügst du über sehr gute Fähigkeiten.

• Deine hohe Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zwischen Engineering, Management, Finance und weiteren Stakeholdern zu vermitteln, zeichnen dich aus.

• Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrungen mit Produktivitäts-, Effizienz- oder Qualitätsmetriken im Software- oder Technologieumfeld mit.

• Auch Kenntnisse in Governance-, Prozess- oder Framework-Design sowie erste Berührungspunkte mit Angebots-, Delivery- oder Business-Partner-Modellen sind von Vorteil.

• Wenn du zudem bereits Erfahrung in Wissensvermittlung, Enablement-Formaten, Workshops oder Community-Arbeit gesammelt hast, ist das ein großes Plus.
