e-Learning Creative & Experience Assistant Manager

This role offers the opportunity to shape and own the end‑to‑end learner experience as Digital Learning scales across the organization. By leading UI/UX, creative direction, and multimedia quality, the role directly contributes to our mission of delivering engaging, learner‑centric, and business‑driven digital learning at scale. The position plays a critical role in driving platform adoption, learning effectiveness, and brand consistency across all learning touchpoints. Position Responsibilities:

• Lead UI/UX design and learner experience strategy for the e‑Learning platform to ensure intuitive, engaging, and learner‑centric journeys.

• Own creative direction and quality assurance for multimedia learning assets, including video, animation, motion graphics, audio, and visual design.

• Establish and maintain visual, UI/UX, and learning experience standards to ensure consistency across all digital learning products and touchpoints.

• Collaborate closely with platform, studio, trainers, and stakeholders to translate learning requirements into effective creative and experience‑driven solutions.

• Continuously improve creative workflows, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and learning impact.

Required Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience in UX/UI design, learning experience design, multimedia production, or creative services.

• Proven hands‑on experience with digital design tools and multimedia production (e.g., UI/UX tools, video, animation, motion graphics workflows).

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, Digital Media, UX/UI, Communication, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of learner‑centric design principles in digital or corporate learning environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with LMS/LXP or e‑Learning platforms.

• Exposure to studio‑based workflows, including filming, recording, and post‑production.

• Experience supporting large‑scale or enterprise digital learning initiatives.

• Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional, fast‑paced environments.

• Strong creative problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail and quality. ​
