• Data Strategy Execution: Contribute to the department's data strategy by supporting the full lifecycle of data acquisition, processing, and predictive modelling.

• Data Quality & Prep: Perform rigorous Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and data wrangling to ensure high levels of data quality and integrity prior to model development.

• Operational Efficiency: Support data mart enhancements and the automation of repetitive tasks to streamline departmental workflows.

• Model Development: Participate in the end-to-end Machine Learning lifecycle, including developing, testing, and validating models such as Regression and Clustering.

• Insight Visualization: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards to share actionable insights that align with business strategies.

• Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions.

• Team Culture: Work closely with team members to deliver a robust and high-quality data solution to drive

business strategies and decision making.

• Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to acquire and apply the

necessary knowledge for delivering a robust and high-quality data solution thus drive business strategy and

Education/Qualification

• Degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, or equivalent

• Knowledge in SQL and scripting languages like Python or R for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.

• Knowledge in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar to create compelling reports and dashboards.

• Knowledge in AI or machine learning is required.

• Minimum 2-5 years in Data Science.
