JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Executive Search Partner is a highly strategic and operationally strong talent leader responsible for building and executing the enterprise’s executive hiring strategy. This role identifies, attracts, and secures senior‑level and highly specialized leadership talent while serving as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team, HRLT, and senior business leaders. The Executive Search Partner owns the full lifecycle of confidential, enterprise‑critical executive searches—from intake through offer—while providing market intelligence, talent insights, and strategic recommendations that shape leadership hiring decisions. This role requires deep experience working with senior and executive leadership, exceptional attention to detail, a strong command of executive‑level sourcing practices, and the ability to both set strategy and execute flawlessly.
Key responsibilities include:
Executive Search Strategy & Delivery
• Lead and execute complex, high‑impact executive searches across the enterprise, ensuring a best‑in‑class candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Develop and implement advanced sourcing strategies to identify passive executive and specialized leadership talent.
• Build and maintain deep leadership talent pipelines aligned to future workforce needs and succession priorities.
• Ensure the consistent use of structured, data‑informed assessment and selection methodologies.
Executive Stakeholder Partnership & Advisory
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, HRLT, and the Executive Team on market trends, talent availability, competitive intelligence, and selection best practices.
• Facilitate high‑quality intake conversations to align role definition, success profiles, and search strategy.
• Provide regular executive‑level reporting, search analytics, candidate intelligence, and progress updates.
Strategic Collaboration & Influence
• Partner closely with HRBPs, Enterprise TA leaders, and cross‑functional partners to align executive hiring with organizational strategy.
• Influence without authority across business units to ensure consistent hiring standards, decision‑making discipline, and operational excellence.
• Represent TA as a key stakeholder in enterprise‑level initiatives affecting executive hiring, workforce planning, and leadership readiness.
Market Engagement & External Relationships
• Cultivate relationships with external executive networks, industry associations, professional communities, and specialized talent markets.
• Maintain pulse on leadership talent competition, compensation trends, and emerging industry dynamics.
Operational Excellence & Compliance
• Manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
• Ensure accurate documentation, process adherence, and compliance throughout all stages of executive search.
• Continuously refine processes to increase efficiency, transparency, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of corporate talent acquisition or executive search experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• •Proven success managing senior‑level searches in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Demonstrated project management experience and operational rigor.
• Strong HR acumen with emphasis on delivering a world‑class talent acquisition experience.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. Precision, process discipline, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience using Workday or similar HRIS/ATS platforms.
Preferred Quns.alifications
• Prior experience supporting executive leadership in an enterprise or matrixed environment
• Manufacturing industry recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; highly polished executive presence.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly, and operate with a high degree of independence.
• Superior negotiation, influence, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving ability and sound judgment in high‑stakes decisions.
PAY RANGE:
$101,176.00 - $156,824.00

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
