• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Risk, and Technology to align on vendor requirements, regulatory changes, and implementation activities.
• Maintain a centralized library of exchange documentation, margin model specifications, and vendor updates to support accurate reporting and audit readiness.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience in market data management, financial services, or a comparable vendor/procurement function.

• Clear communicator with demonstrated experience working in collaborative, matrixed environments.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, data analysis, and tools such as Excel or equivalent platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with global exchanges or Independent Software Vendor (ISV) registration processes.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in capital markets or fintech environments.
