In this role, you will initially focus on analyzing and simplifying existing workflows, enhancing data quality, and helping transition activities onto strategic platforms. Over time, your scope will expand across a broader set of Fixed Income Data Strategy initiatives, giving you the opportunity to influence how data and analytics capabilities evolve across the business.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who combines strong Fixed Income knowledge with technical data skills and enjoys solving complex business problems in a collaborative, high-impact environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of key data and reporting processes, ensuring they are accurate, reliable, and clearly understood by stakeholders.
• Analyze business workflows to understand current processes, identify pain points, and align improvements with business goals.
• Partner closely with portfolio managers, analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize data and reporting needs.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, enhance, and automate existing workflows.
• Work through detailed calculations and data flows — including performance, exposures, and mapping logic — to validate outputs and improve data integrity.
• Help reduce reliance on manual processes by introducing scalable, structured, and repeatable solutions.
• Balance long-term strategic thinking with a practical, step-by-step approach to deliver meaningful improvements over time.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders, including investment professionals and investors, on data, reporting, and process enhancements.
• Collaborate with Technology, the Chief Data Office, and the broader FI Data Strategy team to implement solutions and align with strategic platforms.
• Support the transition of stable, well-defined processes to partner teams where appropriate.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in data, analytics, reporting, or investment-related functions.
• Strong technical and analytical skills, including Python, SQL, or similar tools.
• Experience working with performance, reporting, and portfolio data.

Preferred

• Advanced degree (CFA, Masters, MBA or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of Fixed Income markets; credit experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Aladdin, Bloomberg, Charles River, FactSet, MSCI or similar analytical platforms

Why Join Us

• Work on high-impact initiatives that directly support investment teams and business decision-making.
• Be part of a team driving the modernization of data and analytics capabilities within Fixed Income.
• Gain exposure across investments, data strategy, and technology, with opportunities to broaden your scope over time.
