THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Full Stack Engineer to help design, build, and scale applications across the Tradeify ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning features from concept to deployment and is equally comfortable working on backend architecture, APIs, databases, and modern frontend experiences.
You will work closely with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering teams to deliver performant, scalable, and user-friendly products that directly impact traders globally.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys moving quickly, solving complex problems, and contributing across the entire stack.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
FRONTEND DEVELOPMENT
- Build responsive, high-performance web applications and user interfaces
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to create intuitive user experiences
- Develop reusable frontend components and scalable UI systems
- Optimize applications for speed, usability, and accessibility
- Implement real-time dashboards, analytics views, and trading-related interfaces
BACKEND DEVELOPMENT
- Design and develop scalable APIs and backend services
- Build and maintain microservices and distributed systems
- Work with databases, caching layers, and event-driven architectures
- Develop integrations with third-party platforms, trading systems, and internal tools
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance across environments
ENGINEERING & COLLABORATION
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical planning
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve system observability
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, operations, and leadership teams
- Help shape engineering standards, tooling, and best practices as the company scales
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years of software engineering experience in full-stack development
- Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue
- Strong backend development experience using technologies such as Python, Node.js, C#, or Go
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs and WebSocket services
- Solid understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, or MongoDB
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure and containerized environments
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and distributed systems
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for building products with strong performance and user experience
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience within fintech, trading, crypto, or financial systems
- Exposure to real-time systems or market data applications
- Experience with event streaming systems such as Kafka, NATS, or Pulsar
- Understanding of analytics, experimentation, or growth-focused product development
- Experience with TimescaleDB, ClickHouse, or high-volume data systems
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows and engineering automation
