Accountabilities
• Lead Technical Design for complex software projects, encompassing both backend and frontend systems.
• Build and maintain features that connect backend infrastructure to the frontend user experience.
• Mentor and guide small groups of engineers, reinforcing a strong engineering culture.
• Collaborate with various teams, including product and design.
• Ensure code quality and adherence to software best practices.
• Work with modern technologies like TypeScript, React, Python, FastAPI, and SQL databases (PostgreSQL) on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
Requirements
• 7+ years of industry experience in building complex software.
• Full-stack expertise with significant experience in backend (Python) and frontend (TypeScript/React) development.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency with SQL databases.
• Ability to design high-quality, pixel-perfect user interfaces.
• Experience leading the design of complex software systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
• Independence in managing large projects and solving complex problems.
